Another reminder to folks who are outraged that No on 8 is calling out people. Before the election, Bill O’Reilly asked Sonja Eddings Brown if “you guys are really going to do that?” with regards to calling out people and organizations that support equality. She slips in a a shot at AT&T while defending their plan.
Seems like the press conference by our opponents went off without too much of a blip in the media, as far as I’m seeing on the web. Did you see anything on the news? Please comment.
I don’t know where they get off saying we don’t have the right to blacklist and boycott. I doubt I’ll be seeing many of them dining at Hamburger Mary’s anytime soon. Likewise, I don’t want to be in the midst of creepy, perma-smile wackos who pity me as a sinner as they gloat about their win. And then use the profits from my patronage to further injure me.
Visit our StopTheMormons shop for t-shirts and more to help you spread the message in your daily life (probably NOT safe for work).
Targeting Mormons Unfair?
Equality California estimates that Mormons donated as much as $20 million to Prop. 8, while the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic fraternal group, gave $1.25 million to the effort and the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, $200,000.
